Thank you for your interest in joining the Granite Falls Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber's mission is to support and promote the economic vitality of Granite Falls and its surrounding area. We welcome your participation and support of this endeavor.

In order to join the Chamber we request that you complete a membership application. You can get a blank application form to print, fill out and mail in HERE. Articles of Incorporation

Purposes
1. To advance the civic, social, commercial, industrial and economic interest of the Granite Falls - Mountain Loop area, and the general welfare and prosperity of all residents, property owners, and businesses therein: to promote integrity and good faith, just and equitable principles in business and professional activity, and uniformity in commercial usages; to acquire, preserve, and distribute educational, civic, social, commercial, industrial and economic statistics and information of value; To discover and correct abuses; to prevent or adjust controversies; to represent and promote the interest of its members before public agencies and government bodies; and to participate in public policy making.
2. To create awards, honorary memberships, and other honorary tokens to be granted in recognition of service to the purposes of the Chamber of Commerce.
3. To encourage gifts, subscriptions, grants, donations, devises, and bequests to the Chamber of commerce, and to receive, hold and use the same for the benefit and promotion of the purposes of the Chamber of Commerce.
4. To own, hold, lease, and operate facilities which are for the benefit of and contribute to the promotion of the Chamber of Commerce.
5. To raise funds necessary for the active promotion of the purposes of the Chamber of Commerce, to efficiently administer said funds.
6. To Have and Exercise the general powers specified in the Washington Non-profit Corporation Act, as now in force or hereafter amended.
